  • When will my order be processed?

Orders always begin processing the same day they are placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and usually ship within two business days pending availability and credit card verification. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

  • What is your return policy?

Rickety Rack offers quick exchanges or store credit for items returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Simply ship unwanted items to the return address designated on your return slip and we will e-mail you a unique credit code on receiving your return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • I am an international customer. How do I determine my US size? Are prices in US dollars?

  • I don't see my size listed. Is there a chance you can get it still?

There's always a chance that we will be ordering more inventory! The best way to be notified on restock is to fan us on Facebook, as we make all of our "Back In Stock" notifications there.

  • I need a dress delivered in 1-2 days and would like to know before ordering Express if that is possible. What do I do?

In most cases we can get a dress delivered the next day or day after. Just contact us with the above noted and include the product name and size needed. Our team will get back to you within minutes and confirm a delivered-by date.

  • I need to order a large quantity of dresses for a group. Can I be guaranteed that all sizes I order will be in stock? How soon can my order be delivered?
  • We will be happy to cater to you for your special event! Please contact us to let us know which product(s) you're interested in and what sizes you need. We will respond immediately and make special arrangements to have your order ready to ship within two working days via Priority mail.
